El Manglar It was born as a collective initiative: a group of people eager to create an open, inclusive and transformative place in the center of Oviedo.
We are a non-profit association that promotes cultural activities, social projects and actions that foster ecological awareness and citizen participation.

From workshops and concerts to book presentations, talks or neighborhood meetings, our programming seeks to offer a lively, diverse and accessible space.
We believe in culture as a tool for change and in cooperation as a way to build community.
