Since 2016 we have been a meeting point for the people of Oviedo who think, eat and feel, a green refuge where we share flavors, ideas and art.

Every day we create a different menu using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Our menu changes with the seasons, always prioritizing quality cuisine. vegetarian and vegan full of flavor, color and creativity.

El Manglar It was born from the drive of more than 70 people who decided to keep the energy alive of La Madreña.
Since then, the space has hosted cultural, social and artistic activities that seek a more vibrant, inclusive and participatory city.
